User Guide
Warning
This chapter is not written yet. No user-facing material exists in either repository, and no screenshots have been captured.
The application surface is known from the frontend, so the outline below reflects what a user actually sees. Every section needs screenshots taken from a running deployment.
Planned Structure
Signing in. Login with Energy Logserver credentials, what happens when an account lacks product access, session behaviour.
The workspace shell. Sidebar navigation, resizable panels, light and dark theme toggle.
Workspaces. Creating one, renaming, archiving, deleting, and what each role may do.
Members. Adding people by username, changing roles, removing members, and the rules that protect owners.
Documents. Uploading through the knowledge modal, watching processing states, listing, previewing, enabling and disabling a source, deleting.
Asking questions. Starting a conversation, streaming answers, follow-up questions and how scope carries between them.
Reading an answer. Citations, the sources panel, the artifacts and tools canvas, and how to verify a claim against its passage.
Searching sources. Name, title, metadata, text, semantic and smart hybrid search, and when to use which.
Prompt library. Saving and reusing prompts.
Conversation history. Reloading past conversations and what is retained.
Settings and integrations.
What Is Needed To Write It
Access to a running deployment with representative documents.
Screenshots for each surface, in a single theme chosen for consistency.
A decision on whether the guide covers all four workspace roles in one pass or splits administrator tasks into their own section.
